Ruby’s Light Refund Policy

If your candle is damaged or items purchased is not to your expectations, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 business days of receiving your product to initiate a return. If 7 business days passed since your purchase was delivered, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind. The purchaser is responsible for the return shipping charges and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted for return.
The item must be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Exchanges

After Receipt of Product Returned
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If a refund is requested and approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 2 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process the refund and we are not able to control or monitor this.
Shipping
Shipping cost for the original purchase are non-refundable. The person making the return request is responsible for the return shipping costs as well as any requested exchange shipping costs.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Please note, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
